I am happy that's the case but how can they say it takes them 10 months when the Buffalo closure was only in May?

That would explain such a big delay that agent was on vacation for so long it takes a while to get back into the swing of things

@belinasha, good to hear that ur app is in process. For me, I applied on October 27, 2011 via buffalo and up till now my ecas still shows "Application Received".

Did any of you include a state clearance report as well as a FBI report in your application?

If you didn't, did any of you get requested to send one?
