@help4pr84 for permanent residence specifically, the travel questionnaire states that you are not required to list trips to your “country of citizenship or residence” - while the “or” is confusing, you are *not* required to list trips to your country of citizenship - especially if you currently reside in that country.

For Citizenship the other posters are correct - you must disclose all travel

If you can’t recall all the details, try piecing things together with receipts, credit card statements, or any travel notes.

For the Florida trip, I booked a resort with a brand-new water park that had awesome resort features like wave pools and water slides. It was perfect for a break.
