Does anyone know if there is a US Customs facility where i can present my automobile for export to Canada, before crossing, and if so, where is it located?

Obviously, the mode of transportation i am using is an automobile. What i am asking is if there is a US customs facility right before the Lewiston Bridge area where i can stop off and present my US vehicle title for export.
