am from ethiopia i have done my spousal interview and my wife olderthan me i know that my wife has son form her first husband but i replay when she asks me the reason why she divorce with her husband ,i don't know so she did't make decision does that mean refusal?

Sometimes they don't make the decision right away, doesn't necessarily mean they will refuse, best to have answered honestly than making something up and getting caught in a lie.
Because it becomes relevant for this type of application. If you are undertaking a spousal sponsorship you need to be well informed about your spouse. The more you know and can answer confidently the less you’re giving them reasons to refuse you. These are things you should be talking over with your spouse before you start the process, not after when you suddenly find yourself in a possible sticky situation.
It may not be relevant to you or your spouse, but it’s relevant to IRCC.
