Does college improves the visa chances?

For example if i choose humber or centennial instead of sheridan ?

i got rejection under SPP ... sept intake, HUMBER college ... so , i think course matters the most, not college !! but it doesn't mean that select poor college. If you college falls under SPP, then its fine.

i applied for CAIPS , nw i will again apply acc. to caips instructions, next month. Right nw waiting for caips notes.

College doesn't matter, right selection of program does. As long as college/uni is in SPP list, you are good to go with it.
