Urgently need help...Fraud Done by my husband

Hi there,

Kindly help as my husband got the Canadian PR and didnt even told me...he shown himself as single in application and got the Visa...Kindly advice urgently where can i complain.

Pls help...

Where are you living right now? Under what program he got his PR? How did you figure out he got PR?

Perhaps you could contact CIC and inform them that he misrepresented himself when he landed as a PR. If he was married, but stated that he was single, they could revoke his PR.

Then get his passport number, his address in Canada, his job address (if you could), and report him to CIC.

Make a copy of your marriage certificate (translated into English and notarized) and attach it to email.

So what do you want to do? get his PR revoked / Deported from Canada ?

If so - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/protection/fraud/report.asp you can contact CIC with this information

Call or Email them - tell them who your husband his - his date of birth/country of origin/passport # and go from there

Oh! forgot to tell you to be careful! because we don't know your husband and how he might react if he finds out - so just be diligent and hope all works out!

but how he will get to knw that i did it...as it wuld be kept confidential...and even i m behaving totally normal the way he is behaving...
