dear u need not to be worry, just pray. I am sure soon you will get the PPR. The Ecase said that your case is in process but immigration office itself confirmed you that they received your medical n it is in review then it means your file is in wait to review, it is coz of they have received so many medical results. So wait for your turn, i know they r making it delay but it happens in immigration cases. Everybody here suffered with wait, only few lucky one's get on time. keep in touch with ur visa office to know the current statussttn said:
