I have got 2 refusals from Canada can I apply 3 rd time and they asked me y I want to.study in Canada only in 2 nd refusal and I will not come back to India

can u provide more details like ur education background, scores, ielts and also the program u applied for. and the refusal reasons they gave on ur 1st and 2nd attempt.

2011-2013 appeared.for aieee entrance and upsee admit card I have
1 rejection financial
2rejection y I want to go for same mec. eng. in design diploma as I have one in India did not explained in file
I selected this course because I did 1 yr foundation diploma and going for 3 yrs advance diploma after which I will be transfered to university 3 rd yr degree course
