Hi Guys, I have literally searched the entire forum but have no concrete answers on this, could someone clarify these:

For a FSW (Non PNP) ITA Declaration:

Primary Applicant:

1. Work History - Only mention relevant experiences (Max out at 3, so would just 1 job with all references would do?)
2. Personal History - Mention all work + non work for past 10 years (Do you give proof for these?)

Secondary Applicant:
1. Work History - No Points, so, don't mention anything?
2. Personal History - Mention all work + non work for past 10 years - (Do you give proof for these?)

1- Correct
2- Yes, no proof will be requested.

1- Correct
2- Same answer.

If you claim points for it mention it in your employment history, if not enter it in personal history. If you have a single job with 3 years experience you may use that. I have 5 job entries on my profile and claimed points for only 3. Hope this helps.

So, just to further clarify it, you have 5 job entries in your personal history but only 3 of them in you work history? Is that correct?

Yes, I believe that's what's being said.

Did you have to give explanation for not including the other 2 jobs in employment history? Also, did you not include those because you did not have enough documents to support their evidence or is it because the 3 jobs were enough to claim maximum points or both? I am in a similar situation. I have a 3.5 years of independent contract work experience with all the relevant documents and 2 more jobs with incomplete documents. Someone suggested me 2 options:
1. To add only the jobs I am claiming points for in the work history and rest in personal history. ...Here do i have to give an explanation for not being consistent in my profile?
2. To add all the jobs in work history and provide whatever documents I have for them. ...Here I am afraid that though I claim points for 1 job, my application might get rejected for incomplete documents for the other 2 jobs.

Which one seems a better option?
Thanks.

No need to give explaination if you are not claiming points
2. To add all the jobs in work history and provide whatever documents I have for them. ...Here I am afraid that though I claim points for 1 job, my application might get rejected for incomplete documents for the other 2 jobs.
Keep it simple, put jobs you are claiming points for in Work history and rest in personal history
Let seniors comment on this if they think otherwise
Which one seems a better option?
Thanks.

Related to the personal history, we should include also the period of time studying right? How about travelling for some months?

Thanks!

Need help!!!
I have not included few jobs in work history but have mentioned about them in personal history...
Is that okay? Has anyone tried that and got PR?

Yes this is okay as long as it does not effect your application and CRS in anyway.

I feel that I'm getting conflicting information about this. I asked my document specialist for clarification, but I'm not sure she understood what I was asking. This is what she told me: "Regarding your work history, the IRCC demands that all of yours and your spouse’s paid work history be declared on your application. Not only the only experiences you are claiming points for." It is "declared," in personal history. But that doesn't clarify whether it will have to be documented. My "entire work history" goes back to the 1980s and mostly has nothing to do with my NOC and the job for which I'm claiming points. My question is do I need to be prepared to document any of the work experience entered under personal history, or for that matter anything else entered there - or does IRCC just take our word for it? (Admittedly, that seems out of character o_O)
