URGENT: WES Upgrade Application

Mates, I have a problem right now and need your help. I upgraded my application from WES to add a new diploma degree as a 2nd post secondary study. I have already an existing reference number for my completed bachelor degree (4+ years study)

After i upgraded my application, I added the credential for the diploma degree only, After i submitted the application and did the payment a new reference number appeared to me.

How can i link the 2 reference numbers? Now I have 2 numbers one for the bachelor degree and another for the Diploma.

I do not have the paper for Bachelor degree now to send it again, I thought this is what is meant by Upgrade an application,

All the paper for the diploma are attested and will be sent by the Institute...

Does it really matter that you should have a single reference number for both the Degree and Diploma. Where is this a problem. I believe when you update your profile in CIC website, you would create separate line items and I believe they can refer to different reference numbers.

Is WES asking you re-send the papers of Bachelor's from you as well as your institute when you upgrade your application? Can't you tell them that you did assessment for your Bachelor's from them.

Have you already submitted the upgraded appln to include additional education. Can you please let me know. Is it true that the upgrade that we are requesting will take 7 business days to be evaluated. Is that true.Can you share your timelines

I have solution for you.

Yes they generate new reference number for upgrade, after evaluation complete they merged your old report with this upgrade in new reference number, that means after evaluation you will see your previous credential + newly added credential under new refernce number.

In future you have to use your new reference number only.

Yes, I received the report this morning, Apologies for my late response. It includes both credentials old and new ones.
