Urgent - Visa Office change request after PPR?

Hi folks,

hi guys, I have submitted my documents while I was in India (mid Feb) and recently only like 2 weeks ago I moved to the USA (Atlanta). I just received the letter- Jun 15 (with Header saying Primary Office: Montreal Immigration, and footer saying Immigration section New Delhi) PPR requesting passports within 30 days. But in the letter it is mentioned to refer https://www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/ for passport transmission instructions. This takes me to VAC in countries that are outside North America.

Where as I know that people in USA would be asked to send to CPC OTTAWA address directly instead of VAC in USA (New York / Los Angeles).
When i called the VAC customer care in USA, the representative mentioned that it is Ok to send the package to VAC Newyork /Los Angeles).

What are your thoughts on this ? Where should i send the request for Change of Visa Office? should I wait for reply from the webform or send the passports to VAC in New York while waiting ?

I am thinking of preparing to send to VAC New York.

Hi, What did you end up doing? We are in similar boat. Need to submit passport for our in-law as she travelled to US now.

for now having plan to submit it to NewYork VFS only.

I am planning to submit in person at VFS hyderabad. Got a reply from them that it's generally internationally valid.

VFS hyderabad?? But you said you are in USA right now right? For us we do not have any header and footer. Its genric. At the end it has IRCC thats it. No place from where it was sent.

Passport
Ppr request letter
2 photos
Consent letter- 2nd page duly signed (provide consent on 3rd page too if the applicant sending via different person
Money order or cashiers check - 22.8 dollars -add.2
5 dollar more for sms
Pre-paid shipping label from.ups (not from FedEx)

Will think if missing a doc.

Thankyou. Why is Pre-paid shipping labela from UPS? Did it mention somewhere? Oh is it because you are going to drop it in-person?
