Urgent - TRV rejected for new born born outside of Canada for PR Parent.

CIC rejected TRV application for my son, He was born outside Canada after we become PR. I am looking to return to Canada in July, can't leave him behind, please suggest a way out. Kindly advise how to apply for TRP ?

You can only sponsor him , a TRV will not work , your intentions are to keep him permanently in Canada where TRV is for temporary stay only .

Sorry to hear that . There are no special forms for TRP. It is the same as TRV application .However , you should submit a cover letter explaining why you are submitting a TRP application .You should write all of your justification .
If i were you , i will contact the visa office as they may have special instructions or forms and asking if they are handling a TRP application .
