How do you decide which Citizenship Office you must submit your application ?

Can you provide your Work Address as Mail/Shipping Address than you Home Address for any correspondence to be received ?

there is only one central office where application needs to be submitted and that's Sydney NS, see address on last page of application form.
it's up to you to provide ant mailing address but I would not take that risk. why not provide the address where u actually live?

I think you live in surrey and they have long processing times, correct? I think people living in new west, burnaby gets their application in vancouver but surrey ones go to surrey but it still depends upon the cic case processing centre to decide where to send the application.

Just don't use correspondence address in order to avoid sending application to surrey, it may not work for you.

The way CIC has changed things in Ontario might mean that the procedures in BC are also being changed. There is no use in entering any major inconvenience, because right now one office is a month ahead of another. This might change easily while your application is in process.
In general it's advisable if all your documents show the same address.
