Hi guys, can someone please help me, I am in a bit of a panic.

I received Schedule A request for my spouse stating

"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature.
Please provide information regarding the following personal history gap: 2008/06-2010/07
Please ensure you do not leave any gaps in time.
"

So the thing is that the Personal History section in Schedule A has only 5 rows, but in my e-APR I have filled in 8 rows of info (8 activity types, including education, work, unemployment). There's no way to add rows.

What should I do? Or (maybe) do they mean we need to fill in only the period for 2008/06-2010/07?



By the way, we haven't left this period blank in the e-APR. It's just that it was military service and we haven't mentioned the city/town and commander name (out of political secret precautions).

PLEASE HELP.
 
My history was also much longer than the number of lines available. I added one extra page where I made similar chart (by myself) and listed all periods of activity. Signed and wrote the date there, scanned and attached to the file with schedule A. It worked.
 
i had to do the same as bigfish, just make a spreadsheet abd add that into your PDF that you can up load, theres some really usefull apps for this online for free, PDFmerger
