Hello Friends,
Between camping and working on a new branch to my business, I've been busy for the past months. Besides these works, there was some problem regarding the land property.
We decided to buy a property in Toronto. The property was under one landlord. During the time when we went to see the property, there was no problem regarding the price and all. But during the registration day, he told us to pay the extra amount, which was not discussed earlier in the agreement. So we refused to register the property.
We need the property as fast as possible in order to buy a home. We discussed this matter with my friends and relatives and got many reviews. Then one of my friends suggested the residential listings in Toronto, provided by the real estate groups.
Friends, I would like to know more about these listings. Are they available for the urgent requirement? Are they charging affordable prices? Will they provide good assistance? Anyone has got any experience regarding this services, then leave a comment below.

This is just a real estate agent team. Most of the resale houses for sale are listed on realtor.ca. Most buyers and sellers work with a real estate agent. This will be especially important since you may not be familiar with the home purchasing processes in Canada and what kind of extra fees you need to expect as well as inspections, getting a lawyer, etc. Closing times on properties are usually 60 days but everything is negotiable. Unless you are paying cash you really need to speak to the banks or mortgage broker to see how much of a mortgage you qualify for. In a city like Toronto that will likely narrow your search. There is quite a lot of competition for houses under 1 million so you may have to search for a while until you find something that you like and can afford.

Since the seller break the agreement (on closing date) by asking extra amounts, couldn't you take him to court?

Sounds like private arrangement that was entered into without the help of a real estate agent or lawyer. So I suspect the answer is no.

It's not exactly clear what happened from your post.

I would recommend you engage an experience real estate agent to assist you so that you avoid problems like this in the future. Most people use real estate agents to buy and sell properties in Canada. The real estate agent will ensure the purchase agreement is properly documented and signed - and also involve a lawyer where required. Real estate agents all charge the same fees - the fee is paid by the individual selling the property. You will need to pay for any legal fee separately.

I would not recommend doing this yourself (without the help of an agent) since it doesn't sound like you have a strong understanding of property sales and purchases in Canada.

Yes the link to a real estate agent group has disappeared from the questions not sure what s going on now.

OP was probably a spammer advertising a real estate firm.
