Urgent: proof of citizenship

Hey everyone!
I want to know if i can get a citizenship certificate ( proof of citizenship) for my baby on urgent basis? Because the usual processing time is atleast 6-8 months and i want to take my baby to his family in canada asap. I have already waited almost a year for my PR application( which is near completion) now i need a quicker way to take my baby to canada

My wife is in the same boat. We can't wait another 6 months after for the citizenship certificate. By then she might have her PR and we don't want to leave the baby with relatives.
