Anybody know how to acquire a facilitation visa? My wife is getting her immigration visa soon and we just had a baby. Hoping someone can shed some light as I can't fine any application or even the know how on where to start. Please advise. I want to be with my family. Any help is appreciated.

I don't see why you can't travel to Egypt to see your family since you're the sponsor anyway. Your visit should not interfere with the application at all. We all miss our families and wish we could visit like you do. I'm actually jealous.

I'm confused. So the letter stating that the application transfer letter is the AOR2? Isn't it a letter from the VO that it was received? Isn't that AOR2?

2 weeks and no AOR2? Have you tried emailing?

No need for a signature if you're uploading it. You do need to validate it though before saving it. If you are sending it through mail then you need to sign it.

Got a letter that the application was transferred to Manila. Now the real wait begins. I heard they are slow moving there but I'm hoping by summer of next year my wife and daughter (will be born in January) will be here.

My wife is in the same boat. We can't wait another 6 months after for the citizenship certificate. By then she might have her PR and we don't want to leave the baby with relatives. This might be the only way

Are you sure you didn't get an email regarding your sponsorship. Decision made on the sponsor side usually means they have decided if you are eligible to sponsor somebody or not. As soon as I received SA email my ECAS changed to Decision made as well. While my wife's ECAS is still application...

As long as you put in email addresses, yes both of you will get an email message. Just be patient, all worth it in the end.

All you can do is wait. Should be coming anytime now.

Not true in all cases. Wife didn't get her PCC and Sched A request right away. Took 11 days after AOR.
