Urgent Processing

Just wanted to post an update on my situation as there are not many threads that talk about timelines for urgent processing.I'm amazed and grateful for the kind consideration the CIC gave me and wanted to share a happy CIC story (as rare as they maybe) for a change.
I sent my applications in june and was received by CIC the day before the cutoff date. They sent me an AOR via email the next day. 2 days later, my ecas was active. A week later, processing had already started. I was fortunate enough to get assigned a test date in late july and 2 days ago, my ecas changed to decision made.

I'm over the moon and am eagerly awaiting the next step. Just wanted to let people know that CIC does actually consider circumstances that need urgent processing and are willing to be helpful as rules allow.

Hope everyone else gets more positive experiences, I wish you guys luck in this process...
Any Other Updates After July? How Many days was your Application Processed? Were Hoping to have our Citizenship Processed Urgently too,Since my In Law has a very Serious Illness,Na dwe don't have a Valid Passport.

I do not understand your post. What is wrong with sharing a positive story?
You have hopefully realized that this is an old post from 2015 that has been revived?

I do not know how long it takes.
If you look at the spreadsheet you get an idea:

A lot of people are done well before the 12 months of official time.

Thank You,I've been Observing the Trends too on the Spreadsheet,But Unfortunately Not Much From My Saskatoon City is the Spreadsheet,I've Observed A lot when City is Populated,Process gets Slower, and We Still don't have AOR,Getting a bit worried if we can make it in time. And we didn't get anything about our Request,if it had been Granted or Not :(
