Hi guys, any update on any of the urgent processing applications?

I haven't heard anyone about that they received test invite for urgent applications till now.
May be we need to check on FB

we are all frustrated here... 7 months have past and IRCC just started processing my application
I think your best bet is to change the offer with the employer, even with the urgent processing it'll take a year at best

So true it will take one year for urgent request processing

I ordered but nothing is much on that as I request when my status changed to in process after 30 days

Perhaps I am lucky but I almost lose my job if I couldn't get my citizenship asap.
Actually, there is someone in my province done the online test as well, but he did not attend the forum.

I assume IRCC guys are trying to work hard b/c the fiscal year end. lol

Good for you this is not a good time to lose a job, really hope you get your oath soon and would be able to keep your job.

I hope everyone who is requesting urgent processing can get online test invitation soon.
According to what I know, PR card is releasing so fast, about 2 weeks. means a lot of staff back to work.

This is not fair i dont care if you lose ur job and they process your application faster. Who knows if you are actually loosing your job or faking to get the passport this world is so unfair.

Different region has different processing speed, small province's offices processing faster, that's another true. that's all I want to say.
If u living in PEI you might already take the oath. They are processing cases more faster than any other provinces.

Congrats!! That's nice to hear that things are moving.
Can I ask what you provided for IRCC? my job offers me a training in October 2020 and I need to be a citizen to travel, just thinking if I can apply for urgent processing.

If you request urgent processing they ask for quite a bit of proof so faking it is pretty hard. Also the more people that lose their job or can't work, the higher the cost for Canada so from that perspective it is understandable that those applications receive some priority. Most jobs don't require citizenship but some do.
