I dont think So. i have other valid passport but my job offer clearly mentiond that we need Cad PAssport bcoz that is jobs is for North American Candidates. For US if its mentiond it will work otherwise it will not

Urgent processing is only available for certain circumstances. There is a list of requirements on ircc's website.

Hi friends I already applied for my citizenship in Jan 2023 and completed the test and background. My Lpp is in process. I recently get a job offer from Seattle us.can I eligible for urgent processing. They simply send me a offer latter for job.and for that I need a E 2 visa that is only for Canadian citizen.can any one guide me for urgent application processing .

Received ircc called yesterday night . Called for i person oath morning 0815 am. Oath Cermony attended since urgent request was approved. Got my Citizenship certificate. Passport applied urgently approved . Getting tomorrow. Thanks folk this journey is done . Best of luck you guys.

Just got updated On LPP Aug 2nd 2023 . While bag-round and Prohibition are still in progress. Requested urgent application process not sure what happening. Called IRCC they said wait for the next steps everything looks fine. Bag round in progress since March 2023. Any idea how LPP turn’s completed while bag round i. Progress

What's preventing you from visiting your aunt on your current nationality?

They only grant these family medical emergencies when you can show that you cannot obtain a passport in your current nationality. Don't want to doesn't count.

I can’t use my passport, I am a refugee
