Urgent PR renewal processing time

We have submitted application for urgent PR renewal on 30th July 2013 for myself and my school going son as we need to travel to India on 19th August. No travel history in the last 2 years. Any idea by when will the online status get updated.

I think its too early for it to show online. May be a CIC agent can give you some update when you call them.

i am sure you will get it in time. If you have submitted proof of upcoming travel with ticket , havent had any travel AT All recently, established here...kids in school etc etc...no reason why they will not process fast. Just you wait...you will have a card in the mail very shortly.

BTW, what does your online status say ?

Can you please update forum to share your experience with urgent processing and getting card back so you can travel. Thnsks

Actually we sent the application on 30th July.
However for my son the online status says we received you application on 19th June and started processing on 7th August
My online status is not updated yet even though both application was sent on the same date.
very tensed about wrong receipt date updated as well as my online status also is not updated
