I will submit my application as a single without my spouse... I have tow children..
I found this question.. Will the child be accompanied by both legal parents


While I will apply as a single applicant and we live in Quebec all of us.. what I have to answer..

To clarify, you are not married (have no spouse) but have two children?
 
No I am married and we live together... just because we don't have points ,, so I will apply me and the two kids.

In that case you can't apply as single. You must apply as married - you can list your spouse as non-accompanying.

yes I want to apply as married , but i will only include my kids.. is this ok
