URGENT - Please Help

Dear Friends,

I have made arrangements to travel to Buffalo to submit my passports for permanent resident visa and COPR, however, I just found out that the visa office is closed.

I will try to call them, however, do any of you know that did they stop taking passports for permanent visa also? Is entire office closed? Please advise.

The whole office has been closed as of today. Any applications that were being processed there have been transferred elsewhere in North America. My passport was in Buffalo for stamping but now I dont know where it has been transferred to.

I have called Buffalo Office, but no response. Is there any phone number for Ottawa Office? Thanks.

hi, if u r inside Canada, u just have to call this number: 1 888 242 2100
they work from 8am to 4pm except week-end.
they will help u.
