Guys I have a unique situation dye to the complicated visa situation in the US I am worried about leaving to Canada and not being able to get my visa restamped to come back to the US? Would it be possible to extend landing in landing for a full year or any other ideas for someone in my situation?

No, you can't get an extension. If you don't land by the expiry, you will have to start the whole process from the beginning.
As already said, you cannot extend your landing. You must land by the date indicated in your visa if you want to become a PR.
If you do not land by the date indicated in your visa, then you will have to apply for PR again from scratch.
