Mine also same timeline, sent my passport for stamping on June 18, received at Delhi on June 20. Its still processing. I have travel plans on July 12 from Bangalore, I hope I receive it before that. Seeing your timeline I am hopeful about it.
Did you raise any webform for expediting the stamping process? Did you do anything to expedite?

I too have travel plan on 7 July from hyd ...I didn't do anything yet but still waiting .it's been close to 1month .
