Urgent !!! NB PNP- Employer support

I want to apply NB PNP with Employer support. I have one year of Canadian Full time IT company experience (NOC Skill B). My employer filled up all the required forms for this program.

I have few years of Teaching experience in engineering colleges back in my country (India). So during my Visitor visa application mentioned those colleges details with dates. When i was trying to apply for NB PNP PR application, they are asking to include Original reference letters of all employers from the last 10 years.

I don't have one college experience letter instead i have only offer letter from that college. and i have rest of all other college experience letters. If i give my original experience letters, i wont be having those if i go back to india and continue with the Teach profession.
Could you please advise what to be done in this case.

1) Is there any alternative instead of including my originals along with my PR application ?
2) I dont have one of the college experience letter, So can i avoid mentioning that college during that i can mention as unemployed ? ( CIC or NB govt will cross check with my Visitor visa application details ?)

NBPNP requires original. So either you submit what you have and request another one for your own copy. Anyway, when you apply for PR through express entry, you only need to upload scanned copy of the letter. Dont lie in your application, they will find it out also. Try your best to get the letter and if you cant provide explanation letter too and hope they consider it.

As I am applying through Employer support, they need only Canadian one year experience. And am not claiming any of previous experience. I have only offer letter for one college. If I attach explanation letter will it be fine ?

I guess it will be fine if you are not claiming points for this but im not the officer assessing it. Just attach whatever you have and explain it. But for the work experience you claim, you should definitely give a letter. Goodluck!

Were you able to proceed with the program, whats your status?

Also, do you know the Proof OF Funds requirements for NBPNP-Employer Support Stream?
