[URGENT] LMIA/ LMO 600 Points

Hi All, Just started filling in my EE profile intending to apply via CEC and got confused while answering the following questions:

Background information: My first work permit is approved based on LMO application, then the subsequent extension is approved through ICT (current WP) for the same employer and NOC code.

Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada? - YES (Can I say Yes to this question?)

Was a positive Labour Market Information Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? - NO

Can you also confirm if LMO and LMIA are equal?

LMIAs are the new versions of LMOs.

Should be fine.

One thing to note, did your work permit change to intra company transfer which is LMIA exempt job? If yes, you cannot select as Yes

I think lmia only worth 50 points after nov16..
