URGENT: ITA and implied status

HI guys

Congratulations to all who got ITA

We got ITA too. My question is - me and my husband both are on implied status and chances of new work permit getting approved are less as we dont have LMIA. As we were not expecting invitation, we have already made arrangements to go back home and wait for process to complete. Does anyone know that if v leave country, will our work permit and exp. entry profile will still be in process and will not be affected ??

Also, we had applied under CEC but the invitation says FSW ? Any idea why is that?

You will not be eligible for the work permit (unless there is something you didn't say) if you go back home, but your EE application will proceed. You just need to inform them of your change of address in a CSE.

Same condition buddy...WP already expired,currently on restoration status. Express entry application in process. May leave Canada next month.
