Have you received your PR already?

Which stage are you currently in?

Did you mean another province or the United States?

You are free to move anywhere in Canada, you just have to update your address.

You need to update IRB on your new address. They might change the hearing based on that.

Also, if you're using legal aid, you might lose your lawyer and it is reapply in the new province.

It'll depend on IRB

You have to update IRCC that you have a new address.

Are you the primary applicant? Are the family members living at that address who are not moving part of your claim?

Your lawyer can be in any location. So that doesn't play into this.

You are quite demanding for a refugee, instead of being grateful to have a place to live and work in peace here in Canada.

Sir it’s not about demanding

it’s about I have sime opportunity to take in some other province
So before moving am just exploring
Don’t doesn’t effect my case
My family relatives are at same address

but I want to keep the same lawyer as it’s not legal aid

i spoke to them they said you can go it’s up to me
But when ever hearing comes or they need me I have to come back

son that’s my question address will be same and when hearing comes I’ll be back

Is there any draw back in this situation.

From Immigration point of view, you MUST tell them in case of change of address. You are refugee claimant with enforcement order which is not active now. But its up to you to do it or not to do without looking for any justification.

You need to understand at the moment you dont have any immigration status ( You are not temporary or permanent resident yet). Adding to that you have signed voluntary order to leave Canada, that become enforced if you fail and exhausts all avenues. Immigration, CBSA, IRB would like to know any change of address and update the file. You cant pick and choose.

Sir am really thankful for your reply

sir I this above link they asked to change of address in case of lost of important document.

That’s what I need to know as my address which I have for posts is my close relatives address
Where I live

they are not moving anywhere they will be at same address

the reason of not changing my address is only I don’t loose any document

My purpose is not to hide anything
But my purpose of not changing address is they have permanent home and it’s more same to receive documents even if am not there.

so when hearing comes I’ll be back in town.

so my question is if I do in this way
It will impact wrong on my case

is there anything wrong ??
I hope now you understand my question what I am trying to ask ?

Not updating IRB and other government agencies about your new address is misrepresentation. You can keep the address of your extended family your mailing address but you must use your Alberta address as your residential address for IRB, CRA, etc. Not being upfront about where you are living and claiming to live elsewhere is very problematic especially because you are claiming to live in 2 different provinces. If you are not being honest about where you are living there can be concerns that you are not being honest about other things as well. If claiming to live in Quebec and not in Alberta on all your government interactions that can become a criminal offence especially when dealing with income taxes. You will also run into issue with things like qualifying to provincial healthcare if you currently don’t use IFHP or will not use it in the future, car insurance/registration if you have a car, etc. You can keep your private lawyer if you want even if you move to Alberta.
