I came here in canada on a study visa for a year then i got a open work permit.. At this time i hired a lawyer who can help me next.
I studied in Toronto. Then i got a job in Alberta in related field of my study but then half of my work permit time was already done.. so i basically worked for them about 4-5 months roughly. Then my employer applied for my LMO. to extend my work permit at this period without having an LMO my lawyer also applied for work permit extension. We have applied the LMO 3 times in my restoration period.. and whenever we did follow up call to LMO office..they said they haven't received anything.It was all perfectly done though. BUT STILL.. Any how.. I ran out of that restoration period my work permit extension got refused coz they didn't received my LMO. i have received an letter online to leave Canada immediately After to maintain any status in Canada i applied for a visitor visa. in 5 days remaining of my restoration Period.
And i also ve applied for my PR under employed driven program.. which might get refused coz i didnt get any LMO from employer yet !
And i am still waiting for their response for my visitor visa.
My questions are,
1/ Am i right staying here illegally ? or applied status ?
2/ Is there any way to get Study or / Work permit after they issued my visitor visa ?
3/ What other options are open for me Please suggest !
