Urgent! How to authorize IQAS to send ECA to OINP?

Hi,
in my OINP One-Key profile, it says "authorize the ECA organization to share the results of your assessment specifically with the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program."

When I go to my IQAS profile, the only option that makes sense is "Requesting an additional certificate."
a) Is "Requesting an additional certificate" how you authorize IQAS to send an educational certificate to OINP?
b) If so, what is the address that I have to send it to?

This link says "Do not have the assessment agency (CES, ICAS, WES, MCC, or PBEC) send the ECA report directly to IRCC and Express Entry. It will not be accepted." Does this mean IQAS is an exception?

I mailed IQAS and they confirmed me that authorisation is not required for OINP and thus i submitted my application without one

Thats what IQAS mailed said. Also, OINP have mentioned it too on this website - https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontarios-express-entry-human-capital-priorities-stream

IRCC has the right to authorize and re-verify the ECA results. It is always better to attach an ECA copy with your education docs along with the details so as to keep away from any confusion.
