Hi to all of my forum members, nice to see you after long time...i request all of you to give ur valuable suggestion in this case

one of my friend was refused visa at 1st attempt-Reason of DOUBT ABOUT GENUINE LMO .
He applied again with strong supporting documents.Immediately next day he got his Medical Request via email.
but unfortunately , he havent checked that... 2 Months gone, got his passport via VFS, mentioning that APPLICATION REFUSED DUE TO MEDICAL NOT RECEIVED.
All attempts, he applied via VFS.He never expected MR via email.Now his Lmo ALSO EXPIRED.He is on the way on NEW DELHI CONSULATE .plz guys share ur opinions and valuable suggestions in this case to help my friend .He is freezed now

He can ask if the VO will re-open his file. But they have no obligation to do so.

If they will not reopen his file then he will need to reapply and this time do a better job of looking out for the medical request email. He will need to obtain a new LMO from his employer before he reapplies since his first LMO has expired.

Thank you for your valuable reply at right moment.Could you plz send me the links to procedures and steps to follow for Re-opening the file

There is no process or steps to follow. You just send an email asking the VO to reopen the file and you hope for the best.
