Does anybody know if we quit from current job after getting medical done or we do part time job, will it effect our processing..

Short answer is it will. This question has been answered many times .Dont take your risk . Keep your job until you become a pR

Your job is the reason why you got PNP, so without that job your PNP can be taken away from your which will stop your PR application.
