Urgent Help Required AOR and Medical Received but wrong name how to fix ?

Hi Guys, so what happen is while sending the application on one Document (Generic application) Under family name we wrote Given name and vice versa
Now we received the AOR and Medical Request form but Under Family name it says First name and Under Name it says Family name.

How we suppose to fix this issue ? is it something big because now since we received the Medical Instruction form it says that same Family Name is Name and Name is Family name ??

Can someone please advice what should we do, get the medical done or wait to get it fixed!! Biometric is done already and they said get it update your form first!

Generic application is one of the most important forms. You're lucky they didn't send it back.

Submit a revised form over webform ASAP and draw their attention to this. It may take quite a while to get sorted out.

Medical: only an informed guess here - I would think/hope that as long as the UCI is on the medical form, you could use that and explain the issue. The medical centre could refuse to do this, or they could just go ahead. There's some risk of course that somehow it won't be accepted but fundamentally this is a typo, even if a serious one.

Both - you attach the revised document to your webform submission.

Contact IRCC immediately via a webform or call them directly. The generic form is the most important form in your application. Fix it before it is late.

I contacted them I am not even sure if its from my end or their end! but all I know its messed up I received a Biometric and medical with the switched name now!! Is it gone make impact on the application delay ?

Spousal applications are all paper based. The advice for online applications applies to other types such as TRV.

The example you show is clearly from an online type. Spousal applications are frequently returned for not being signed.

Hi, I have made a same mistake in my Spousal sponsorship application.
Made spelling mistake in Given name. I spelled Kayva insted of Kavya. I have submitted Webform stating that, there is a mistake in the Given name field.

I have only received AOR and not anythong else. I linked my profile with my CIC account too.

I am just worried that what if I recieve medical and Bio Metric with wrong name and if it could get stuck in between.

Please let me know what happened in your application. If there is anything else I can do about it.
