Soo basically, while applying for pgwp application, my agent said we dont need to mention any employment details, so we didnt mention anything. And while the passport stamping, we mentioned only the current employment which i am getting the points for.what should i do in the pr application. Will it cause misrepresentation?. And plus i checked the imm form . He also put wrong month of clg end by mistake and the employment start is wrong by one month. What should i do.

Be truthful, write a LoE to convince the officer that you didn't mean to misrepresent. You'll have to declare what you did, either you'll have to lie to cover the unexplained gaps(which is misrepresentation) or be truthful. If I were you, I'd do the later.

No im definitely gonna declare everything. I mean to ask if I declare everything. Will it still be a misrepresentation as my current application is different from previous?

unfortunately, no one can tell you for sure. It is upto your case processing officer. But, so far I've not seen a case here yet that led to rejection in the last year or so.
