Urgent Help Needed - please (B1 USA)

I forgot to mention my B1 USA visa rejection in Schedule A form (2014 FWSP) - what should i do now....
Schedule A form question # 6 d & e

D says - have u ever been denied visitor or PR or Refuge or any other immigration visa by canada or any other country?
- I marked 'No' Am i safe to assume that the answer is 'No' to this - since B1 is a Business VISA

E says - ever been denied admission to canada or any other country -
- I marked as 'No' cause i was denied Visa (Business) but not admission.

Seniors please clarify

Or shall i wait n see if they comes back to me & then i can stand by saying that it wasn't clear -

No, its not ok. You should have given the update correctly and honestly in first place.

US/Canada have good data exchange relations. So now going back and updating may not be of any help .
So just wait and hope to see if they come back asking for clarification.

ohh...okay ....but wud it have negative impact on my case - cause i had no such intention of hiding it from them....i mean i got B1 Rejected - not on criminality grounds - B1 is for tenured employee of an organization.....

@phoenix87 -- That is absolutely wrong advise of not updating them which you should not give to people if you don't kinow anything about it. A lot of forum members have committed this mistake and have rectified it later.

@Kinal1984 -- You should IMMEDIATELY send an updated Schedule A form to your local Visa Office (I am assuming it's New Delhi) along with an aplogy letter explaining that you "unitentionally" marked the answer as no instead if yes. Also raise a CSE.

Hello sir , did u get ur visa ? What did you do about visa refusal ?
