Urgent help needed for Police clearance certificate(ADR)

Hi experts,

I want to ask if the applicant receives a Police clearance certificate (under Additional documents) request for Saudi Arabia but currently the principal applicant does not hold a legal residence status in Saudi(already updated the visa office about it few months ago) but they still need the PCC.

As per the official website it says:
If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

Also, as per the official website it also says that:
If you’re unable to get a police certificate from a country, you’re responsible to show why you can’t get one.
To prove that you can’t get a police certificate, you must:
  • show proof that you requested a police certificate from the correct authorities and
  • write a letter explaining all the efforts you have taken to get one
Even if you send us the above items, this is not a guarantee of acceptance.

The instructions are very clear.

"If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

Do that.
