I have couple of questions regarding my parents visitor visa. As I already got a refusal on that and applying 2nd time now...
1. I already mention in my previous application to cic that my dad has a seasonal business. It's peak season is Oct to March. Will that be good to apply visa for these months? Otherwise I will be stuck till March to apply.
2. Can I apply January's visa now? Like for months before or I have to wait until December to apply?
3. How much time do we need to keep between the requested visa date and the date when we applying visa?
4. Is there any time limit that if I want visa for January I have to apply in December I can't apply 3,4 months before like now?

The chances of TRV approvals will depend on the documents/evidence/explanations that your parents can demonstrate for their strong ties.

As your dad's business is seasonal:
1. Applying now would be counter-indicative i.e. his business tie is not a strong one. Basically, someone will not travel/holiday when their work demands their presence.

2. Applying in April (for example) would mean that he could visit/holiday for 6 months (and not for a short visit) i.e. until October when his business requires him. So, again his business is not a strong tie.

Both scenarios mean your dad must apply for a short visit of 2-3 weeks max + prove he has solid ties.

2. Can I apply January's visa now? Like for months before or I have to wait until December to apply?
You can apply up to 6 months in advance

3. How much time do we need to keep between the requested visa date and the date when we applying visa?
Estimated processing time + surplus time in case of a delay in processing

4. Is there any time limit that if I want visa for January I have to apply in December I can't apply 3,4 months before like now?

My file is almost ready. Suppose if m applying on this Monday.. then it will be 28aug. And if m asking from 1st October to 21st October visa , will that be safe? Because I already showed in my previous rejection file that my father has seasonal business of winters from October to January he is so busy. I showed that last time due to showing his ties that he needs to come back in October. Last time I asked for 1st Sept. To 30sept. Visa. If you can u suggest me what should I do? I am very much confused. This time i am thinking to apply online visa from Canada. I am a permanent resident over here. And what our assumption is last time they rejected our visa due to we didn't show business registration, we only gave current account of business and ITR.

The intended travel dates for the previous and new applications are significantly different.

I don't know the nature of your dad's seasonal business. However, most businesses experience a tremendous surge in business before Diwali. This year Diwali is in the second-third week October. Would this be the case for your dad's business too?

This does not help/matter.

It is necessary to prove the business is registered.

Personally, I'm surprised that your dad has a current bank account without registering his business

IMO, you must NOT apply for your brother presently.

He can be shown as the family tie for your parents to return to

Thankyou so much for your reply dear, if I am not applying my brothers visa, suppose if I get visa for my parents, then can I reapply for my brother as well ? Because he can't live over there alone.

You can certainly try applying for a TRV for your brother. I don't want to sound discouraging. You must be prepared for a TRV refusal in his case as he does not have solid reasons to return to India.

When you apply for your parents (without your brother), they must include some evidence/document that someone will take care of your brother temporarily during their visit
