Urgent help need in reapplication

I don't know seriously what should I do.. m just so scared and confused. That should I apply visa for my parents then after getting it ask for my brother visa as well , because they might question that first u provided the letter that somebody will be doing care of him in parents absence now why you are asking for his visa? And I just want know did u hear any case of special child got visa or came to Canada in any other way? I am ready to apply any kind of visa for him.. I just dnt know anything.

If you apply for your brother later / separately and use your brother in your parents' application as a tie to their home country - he's very unlikely to be approved.

I think you have to make a hard decision. You likely need to leave someone out of the trip to be approved. Either your brother stays home - or one of your parents stays home and doesn't make the trip. I think a visa for all three of them is unlikely to be approved.
