I read somewhere that the pof shouldnt be more than 2 weeks from submission date,also how easy it is to raise a cse and submit a new document?and in case the pcc is unsatisfactory will i get a new request or a rejection
Ideally, bank statements and bank letter should be dated within 2 weeks of submission date. However, as long as the date on these statements is a date later than you received ITA, it is fine and acceptable.

It totally depends on the VO. If he is good and satisfied, then he might request you a new one.
Raising a CSE to upload a new document is very easy. You will get the information about raising a CSE in your e-AOR letter.

So do you think that it is a good idea to submit my papers while preparing a new pcc for my wife and mention that already in my loe and in a sperate loe in my wifes pcc folder then raise a cse with the new cse as soon as i have the new pcc?will i get a rejection in a week time if i do all that?

Once you submit your app, you will get AOR. They will start looking into your application only after atleast 2 to 4 weeks from the date you submit.
You decide what you would like to do.

Usually the pcc is issued the second day after departure but this time for my bad luck issue date is the same as the Application date

It's not what happens "usually". CIC guidelines are clear about the after bit. Why was your wife in a hurry to get the PCC before leaving. Egyptian missions abroad do issue PCCs. It was a matter of patience of waiting 1 extra day. Why would you jeopardise your application?

I wish that is the case of issuing my pcc in a day with the embassy its not,plus she was already in egypt.logically speaking it shouldnt be an issue to submit a pcc having the same day as the departure date but to be on the safe side i will issue a new pcc and submit it through cse and mention that in the loe,its either i submit my application now so that my pof is less than 2 weeks old then submit the new pcc in a week through cse or wait and submit all of them together,whats the better option

What is the process of raising a cse?

The second option seems more appropriate and there will be no worries for you.
With second option, there is no need to raise a CSE.

Don't worry about your POF, they are fine.

When is the last day for submitting your documents? If you have few weeks left, you can get both fresh.

So what is the country of residence for your spouse? Is it Egypt or something else? If Egypt this PCC is valid for another six months.

If not, better to get a new one time permitting or submit a new request, wait till the last minute and submit old PCC with proof of applying new one and LOE for your scenario. I am 100% sure it will be accepted because people don't get US PCCs on time and CIC accepts if it is submitted with application proof, and give 60 day with multiple extensions. But it is highly uncertain if you just submit PCC and wait to update later. Also if you simply submit, it will haunt your mind for all the processing time.

Any day better to avoid LOE where ever possible and explanation is always a sort of excuse and also to keep uncertainty to minimum.

If you have two weeks and if it is just going to take one week to get PCC, why don't you get and submit it?

If you can get POF within this time frame, get it. Otherwise don't stress much about it. PCC is really tricky and most rejections happen only due to that. Also there is clear guideline for PCC for non-residing country (after exit, same day is not after), but there is nothing specifically on dates for POF.

This is what CIC says on POF..
//
The applicant should provide an official letter(s) from one or more financial institutions that lists all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts, such as credit card debts and loans.
o The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance for the past six months.
Other documents may also be requested, as necessary.
//

And every officer follows this as bible while adjudicating. Since there is nothing about issue date for the letter, they can definitely not reject you on that at all. If they have questions, they will request for an updated.

thanks bro,i will wait then

To calm you a bit, I too have only two weeks, and I haven't even filled those questionnaires and gone to check list part! I just got reference letter from my manager yesterday. And I still don't have any photos ready.

I believe I have gathered all other documents. My plan is to do everything before 16th or 17th, and if something goes bad, decline ITA and get on 19th round. As I have 459, I believe I can be at peace for next couple of rounds at least!

Hi guys my wife applied for her pcc same day of departure from our home country,usually issue date is second day so i figured out that she can apply on her departure,but unfortunately i just discovered that issue date is the same as departure,is it ok or should i reapply again through embassy

I think, you are safe according to the IRCC statement as follows

Who needs a police certificate?
In general, you and all the people in your family who are 18 or older need to get a police certificate.

You may need a police certificate from any country or territory that you have spent six months or more since the age of 18.

For example: if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.

have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.
