URGENT HELP: EE Profile and +Ve LMIA NOC Codes are not same? What to do?

Please respond ASAP.

I have applied in Express Entry under FSWP as a Teacher (NOC A 4031) with 375 CRS Points. I've been living in Canada for almost 5 years and never felt like to apply for PR (trust me it's a long story). I took Employment Insurance for 7 months in my 3 years PGWP (Valid until Dec, 2015). Now I got a job offer as an Asst.Manager (NOC O 0621) position with "Un-named Positive LMIA". Employer wants to hire me, apparently he will send my name to ESDC/Serviced Canada to obtain the official "Positive LMIA with my name on it".

Here are the questions:

1). Does this +ve LMIA would add 600 CRS points to my EE profile?
2). There would be any problem if EE profile (NOC A) and LMIA (NOC O) are different? (in EE profile NOC A 4031 and in LMIA NOC O 0621!)
3). I have 7 months left on PGWP, when should I apply for extension of my Work Permit, just before 30 days of expiration of PGWP or can I apply 3 or 4 months ahead of expiration, LMIA expires in October! what is the best bet here?

If anybody have been/had gone through similar situation please help. Any suggestion/help would be much appreciated.

#1 yes if you have valid job and offer in written by employer it will add points between 520 to 600.
#2 no sure (no idea)
#3 Just for safe side apply 3-4 months before expiration coz these days they are taking long time then before. (mid july or august)

I will answer the 2nd question since that's the missing one. There is no rule that says the LMIA has to be related to your profile NOC. However, I imagine it could cause greater scrutiny if it is different and worse if not related.

To add to this, you will have to prove that you are qualified to do this new job through training and experience. When your application is reviewed they will check to see that you are qualified for this new position. I expect you will have some issues because you must have at least one year experience under the NOC code that you're applying and your experience would be in one area while claiming arranged employment points points for another.

How are you qualified for this new job? Do you have training or experience in management?

I do have experience in Management field for about 2 years (p/t and f/t included) and I also did a Diploma in International Business which is relevant to this position. What do you think, do they consider my past experience in Canada for the same position NOC 0621?

1. Does your LMIA already approved by Service Canada!!! If yes your LMIA would get 600 points.
2. There is no rules that previous job and LMIA has to be same NOC code , so you emare safe here,
3. The system is you can apply to extend your WP within 3-4 months, it means even 15 days before expiration you can apply. CIC will see that you applied before deadline. Now a days WP exetention take 7-10 business. Thats what it took in my case.

Note: You didn't mention how long you are working your current job, if It is more than a year, you are good to go for CEC also you can have 600 point for arrange employment.
Hope it will help you.

At the moment I am not working. But, I have worked about 2 years (P/T and F/T) in same field while studying. I am not yet eligible for CEC. This is a new job offered by an employer, I will start working soon

Post graduate work permit can't be extended. It's one-time chance. You will need to get a new work permit with your new LMIA. Hence, it's very crucial to get the positive LMIA.

Take the job, get the employer to inlude your name in the LMiA and apply for a new work permit as soon as possible. As you can work anywere with your post graduated work permit, start working in the new position as soon as possible . Apply to change the conditions of the new work permit online 30 days before your current one expires . You will be able to get the 600 points until you get the new work permit LMIA based.

If you have one year of continuos working experience in NOC O, A or B you can qualify under FSW and if is Canadian Experience under CEC.
