Urgent Help - Did not send original IELTS

Hi Guys,

I don't know how I overlooked it but instead of sending the original IELTS result card I sent the notarized Photocopy. What should I do? I have already sent the docs. Should I send the original now? Or should I wait for the CHC to ask me for it?

Please help me on urgent basis.

Hmmm. I am just concerned that my application processing has already delayed since they asked me a new DD. Now, if they send me a request for IELTS result card the processing maybe further delayed?

well, if they have sent you an AOR with your file number, you can send the original IELTS result card with an explanation letter quoting your file number.

If you have your file reference # then send through it, otherwise wait for request

Allright. Yes I have received the AOR already along with the Immigration file number. I will send the IELTS result card right away along with a cover letter. I really don't want the processing to be delayed anymore.

I think no problem will be.

What is the status of your application in website. When u have sent it.

I have sent same like you and so far i know may applicants sorrounding me sent like you. Another information is, my stauts in showing in process. So it they needed they can request but your notarized copy is sufficient for visa office review (point assessment), I think.

On e-cas the status shows: Received by Visa office.

I sent the docs on May 21st but due to an issue with the DD the processing is getting late. I will send the IELTS anyways. Better safe than sorry. What u say?

I have no opinion to send original copy. I wanted just to share my position. My status showing " In Process- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 9, 2009." I have sent all notarized photocopies exept PCC.

Dear No worries at all. My friend sent the photocopy without notarizing for IELTS and it was accepted and he received medicals last week. Dont panic photocopy will do the same as original.

I agree with Ja and Aanban.....It is the most important document that i have noticed. For example in my case and other friends feedback, they just keep that orignal IELTS report and send you back rest of the orignals......Hurry up and just Do It.

Thanks so much guys for such a quick response. I just went and couriered the IELTS result card. It will be delivered to CHC by tomorrow. Thanks a lot again.
