Almost all university may session is closed now and some universities September session is on now, will be closed by the end march. So hurry up and make your decision. You can also apply in colleges as well for diploma, certificate and bachelors.

It takes 11 weeks to process study permit application at CHC, Islamabad. The chances of getting your application approved before your session in May is going to be difficult.

It is better to take admission in September session.

I applied on 27th December 2011 for may session, and still waiting for any response. If you have applied to any university such as University of Calgary, then you may have a chance to get visa before May, but I guess on college it will be very difficult, Not impossible though.
