hi everyone,

Thanks for reading my worries:)

I am very very confused about if I should submit my application now

First: my husband is a PR, and we got married after we had 8 months official date. (is it too soon to apply for the PR?) Besides, when I filled the form, I found his landing date was a day before we made the relationship  It seems that I wanted to be his gf because he is a PR, but actually i am not.

Secondly, we were busy and thrifty during our date, so we didn't have lots time and money to go for trips, and we both don't like take photos :(
But we like writing letters, do I need to translate them to CIC? Indeed, we didn't keep gifts receipts, and I even don't know if I can find call history from our phone companies. Funny part is that he think the chatting and calling history are our private information, CIC doesn't have right to know them..omg, I don't know how to persuade him..

Thirdly, we didn't have weeding, only a small ceremony with my relatives and some of our friends.

I am kind losing my confidence and thinking if we should wait to make more evidence or when I get pregnant; but he insist on we should submit the application because we are real marriage. sometime he is really a stubborn guy.

That's why I want to get some ideas from you guys. Thanks in advance:)

You can apply for PR. Doesn't matter if marrige is small or big marrige is marrige. You need to send your photographs and all the proof that you have right now. Marrige Certificate, Pictures of you guyss together (you have to send them, cic wants to see if you indeed are together, marrige pictures, pictures with family and friends). Phone company will have records, call you phone company and they should help you. Your chat logs you have to attach them as well. It part of proof your relationship is genuine. You have to send proofs, beacuse 8 months is a short time. You need to have strong proof, you guys are together and your relationship is real. You have to tell your husband we need to send proofs.

What VO will be processing? With some VO's you won't need all that extra stuff. We sent only 60 photos, no phone logs, no chat logs etc.

Yes you Can Submit Your Application.
I would Suggest at least Few photos to Prove Your Relationship.
Landing date should not matter.
Trip does not need to be Go for Another Country. It can Include some Local trips also Like visiting Any Friends or Any small Vacation outside of City.
Just Include Photos Of Gifts if you can.
Any small Chat History or Call details should be Helpful.
Although calling history are your private information but CIC just Ask to Prove for Genuine Relationship as There are few People who Abuse System and Make Difficult for Genuine People Like you.
If you had Facebook Chat it can be included also.
You can Include Proof of Joint Bank Account. If you do not have then you can Open one.
Insurance Documents that Provides you as Beneficiary will be Helpful.
Any Family Photos with your Husband will be also used as Proof.
You Can include Recommendation Letter from you Friends Or Relatives to Show that your Relationship is Genuine and People Are aware of It.
Any Greetings from your Friends on Occasion of Marriage Will be Helpful.
I would suggest as many Proof you can and no worry at all.

Phone Companies Keep Record of Call History for Billing Purpose so you can Customer Care or If you can Open your Account Online you should be Able to get it.

It also Depends on Visa Office of Country you are Applying. Some Visa office are little strict than Other.
Best of Luck.

Oh wow.

What evidence did you provide to show ongoing communication throughout the span of your relationship?

we didn't. they don't need to know what you've been chatting about. they just need to know if you've been chatting at all.

There is no point in waiting until you get pregnant. A pregnancy in and of itself is not proof of a genuine relationship; if you lack other evidence, it will make no difference.

How much relationship proof you need mostly depends on the actual relationship. How did you meet, was the relationship online with a few visits or all in person, how long have you lived together, etc. Different situations, different burdens of proof.

Note that CIC can and does ask very personal questions at interviews and appeal hearings. CIC has no right to this information, but on the other hand, it does have the right to decide who gets a PR visa.

Also: you did have a wedding - it just happened to be a small ceremony with relatives and friends. A wedding does not have to be big and expensive to be called a 'wedding' in Canada. If there is an interview, the visa officer might ask why you did not have a big wedding. You should have an explanation ready.

Yes Accounts after marriage are also proof that you are Economically dependent. It Should Work.
I do not see any big Problem in Your case try to gather all Required Document And Proofs and you are good.
You do not need to wait for Pregnancy .

each joint account is worth a 1000 photos for cic ;D money is important. i don't see anything to worry about. if you're really worried, have yours and his family members and friends to write a bunch of letters saying what a wonderful couple you are. letters do have to be in English
