[size=10pt]I am in need of very urgent advice from our SENIOR Members.[/size]
I applied for PR in Jan, received AOR in February, Complete documents sent on 27th February.
Now from here my problem starts:-
- I was in Oman from 1985 to 1989. While sending the completed File I had sent all the documents required including PCC from India only. I did not have PCC from Oman hence I didn't send it.
Later on learning that PCC is required from all countries one has resided till now for more than 6 mths, I initiated the process of acquiring PCC from OMAN in April, which I received today by post from OMAN ROP
- I received my Medical+PPR+Travel Documents request in May 09.(No mention of Oman PCC in the request Letter.We got our medicals done on 17-05-09 & sent all the documents including Passports on 19-06-09
- On 2th June I received my RPRF Draft back because of a Spelling Mistake, I sent a new Draft for RPRF and sent it to CHC Delhi the same day 02-06-09, which was received on 005-06-09 and was finally en cashed on 16-06-09. but I have to still receive any information/receipt from CHC Delhi.
TILL NOW CHC DELHI HAS NOT ASKED ME REGARDING PCC FROM OMAN.
NOW my dilemma is that as I have the PCC from Oman with me should I send it to CHC DELHI or wait for a decision to be made by them. If I wait & they ask for CHC Delhi to ask for the PCC it will entail more delay as I am eagerly waiting for my VIVAS as I want to reach Canada at the earliest due to studies of my children who have received PROVISIONAL acceptance at a Canadian University.
Should I inform the visa office regarding my children having been granted provisional acceptance in Canadian university.
SENIOR MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE ADVISE WHAT SHOULD I DO.
Eagerly waiting for your reply.
Please Please guide me what should I do so that there are no further delays
