Urgent - Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

Good morning everyone,

I am submitting a sponsor application for my parents under PGP.
I got a letter from CIC to upload the additional family information IMM 5406 again.

They also mentioned this.
The Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) provided was not completed fully. Please provide a current, completed, signed and dated Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) for the Principal Applicant and all dependants aged 18 and over, whether accompanying or not. Each individual must sign their own copy of this form by hand. Sections A, B and C must be fully completed. For Section B, please ensure that you include ALL children, including ALL adopted, step-children, and those who are currently a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, regardless of age. For Section C, please ensure that you include ALL brothers and sisters, including half, step-brothers/sisters and those who are currently a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

Question.
How many forms do I have to submit?
I am confused because my parents have two kids. Both are Canadian citizens.
Do I need to fill this form for the Principal Applicant (my father) and his spouse (my mother) separately?

Please guide.

yes, you have to fill the form for each of them separately, assuming your father is PA and your mother is dependent
that's called Family Information, each applicant and dependent have to list down ALL their respective family members
they have to fill ALL their children (you/your siblings or any adopted/step child), their parents, their siblings regardless of citizenship

Yes, my father is PA and my mother is dependent, so I will fill out 2 separate forms.
However, my sister and I are Canadian citizens, so do we also need to fill out the IMM 5406 form?

I am confused when they said all dependent needs to fill out those forms, even if they are accompanying you or not.

Yes, my father is PA and my mother is dependent, so I will fill out 2 separate forms.

no, you dont
they mentioned for principal application and all dependents, you are their child but not dependents (for immigration purpose) if you're already Canada citizen
they mentioned to include all the children in section B of each one's own form regardless of citizenship (which mean you and your sister information should be filled in their form)

I assume all their children are >21 years old and now independent legally. If so, well, independent = not dependent.
