URGENT: Additional documents needed

Hi All

I got the below update from my case officer, regarding my PR application. Please advice what needs to be done ? I have supplied all the necessary documents regarding this:

June 2015 to present: Software Developer under NOC 2174 with ****

The documents you have provided in support of the above reported Canadian work experience do not
describe the actions and duties you performed during the above period of work. Therefore, you have not
satisfied me to date that you have performed actions and duties consistent with NOC 2174.

You provided a statement advising your employer would not provide a reference letter in support of your
application for permanent residence in Canada; however, you have not explained why nor have you
shown any evidence of your efforts to obtain such a letter from your employer

You have to produce evidence you did the duties in the noc you chose.

Right now you need to provide an official letter listing your duties, a self affidavit (last resort), evidence that you begged your company for a letter (emails, phone records etc)

At this stage the officer is giving you a last chance. You have to provide lots of evidence. Colleagues would be good, just make your case bulletproof. Look at the noc code duties and make sure that whatever letters or proof you can get matches it as close as possible without being word for word.

A declaration from a colleague/supervisor stating your duties and responsibilities will help your case - notarize this document though.

You are extremely lucky that your application wasn't outright rejected.

I have a reference letter, but there is no mention about NOC code 2174 in that letter. It just stated my responsibilities.

I don't think it absolute has to mention NOC, job title is fine. what's missing here?

In your Application did you stated somewhere that you don't have Reference letter and that your employer is willing to help you obtain one ?

Is 2174 your primary NOC code that your application is based on ?
if yes; then you need to mention the details & adhere to CIC guidelines.

Does your current WP has NOC 2174 role name ( eg Software developer) mentioned on it ? The officer has access to your old & existing WPs
