Uploading Passport - Are Blank pages required?

Guys,
I have read on the forum that some people got rejected because of failing to upload their passports, whereas they have only uploaded the photo and details page.
So do you think we should upload blank pages as well just to be on the safe side?

Nobody got refused for such a reason. CIC asks only for bio pages of the valid passport.

That's why I am trying to fix all possible loose ends.

There is no place to upload IELTS report. Is this correct? Or should I upload it somewhere in education?

ECA report is mandatory not optional. CIC refused applicants who did not follow their instructions and failed to upload ECA report. No loose ends there.

There is no placeholder for IELTS because CIC uses TRF reference number to check your IELTS results online. If you still want to upload it somewhere, club it along with educational documents.
