Hi eds : I provided the scanned copy of my upfront medical form with UMI no. in my email. It showed in my first x ray that I had a scar in my lungs. I did medical furtherance last June 2013 sputum test /smears . Got the result in 1st week of Oct both negative and did 2nd x ray in sept to rule out possible active TB. Thanks eds .
