I dont know where you live but am living in Vancouver. Few offices are excepting people now but the problem I have is x-ray. I could see the doctor and did blood test but all the xray places are closed. ( I called them couple of times already but they said they cant do anything due to coronavirus.I have recently got ITA under CEC & tried calling few doctors office. But none accepting upfront medicals for now. Please suggest if anyone has any idea?

My question is can i just submit the paper the doctor gave to me and attach the explanation why i couldnt get x-ray and also i will get it as soon as they open?
Read the provided link above. It very clearly answers your question. My family is India, I tried contacting Max Healthcare in Mohali. But they mentioned that they will require a letter from Canadian Embassy for upfront Medical. Please suggest. I understand India is under strict locked down currently. Appreciate any insight anyone could offer here.
